1. Shipping Fee
- We offer free shipping on all products within Canada and the United States. (Delivery is not available to small islands and military zones outside the continental United States)
- In addition to the United States and Canada, we also support purchases in Europe and Southeast Asia for an additional shipping charge of $49.99 for Europe and $99.99 for Southeast Asia.
- Using recognized top carriers, including UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx, our priority is to ensure you receive your package effortlessly.
2. Order Processing
- Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
- Each order requires 3-5 business days for processing.
- Usually, depending on the country, region and shipping company, U.S. express shipping takes about 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Address

Return & Refund Policy

We do not provide product exchange at this time. If the product is not opened without affecting secondary sales, you can return your product and reorder your replacement product within 7 days.
2. Terms And Conditions of Return & Refund
- Only the appliance that have been purchased directly from kexi.com, kexi cannot accept returns of kexi branded appliances purchased from other retailers or re-sellers. (if you bought the appliance from Amazon, please contact its service)
- The purchased appliance must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- If the appliance is not working caused by non-human factors, please email us with order ID and a video of the product problem, we will review it and offer solutions as soon as possible once receiving the email.
3.If for any reason you are unsatisfied, kexi gladly accepts returns on most gear that is in its original undamaged packaging and products must be in new, mint condition within 15-days for a full refund of the purchased price.
4. How To Return An Item?

- requesting an RA (Return Authorization). Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require an authorization, which is issued only by email.
- If the appliance meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we would gave you our shipping address to return, please ship the appliance back within 7 days, after receive our refund confirmation email(usually within 24-48 hours).
- Please contact us by email and sent the tracking number after shipping.
- We’ll contact you back after we're receiving the appliance. Your refund will be processed in 3~7 business days.

- Once we received your email, we will get back to you within 48 hours.
2. Please ensure that the appliance you're returning or exchanging is repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
3. If you’re exchanging for non-human factors, we’ll send a replacement within 7 days.
5. Shipping fees
- If the appliance is returned due to non-human factors(defective or damage), the shipping fees need to be paid advanced by the customer. Please provide the shipping fee invoice for returning, and we will return the product cost to your original account and shipping fees to your PayPal account.
- If the appliance is returned due to other reason, please note that we won't cover the shipping fees for return after shipping.
- If the item is returned in brand-new condition with all packaging intact due to non-human factors(defective or damage), we will return the product cost and shipping fees to your original payment account;
- Once we receive your returning item, a refund takes up to 7 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.
- If you do not receive a refund after 7 business days, please directly contact us via kexi.com with your order number and payment method, once we received your email, we will get back to you within 48 hours.
